- 1 pound Ground Turkey or Beef
- 3 cups Fresh Spinach
- 2 Sweet Potatoes
- Himalayan Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Mango
- Cut Sweet Potato as desired and place on stovetop cooking pan.
- Add 1/2 cup of water, pinch of Sea Salt, Black Pepper, and cover.
- Remove from heat when Sweet Potato have reached desired level of softness.
- Cook Ground Turkey or Beef as desired.
- Combine Spinach, meat, sweet potatoes in bowl.
- Mix in diced Avocado and Mango.
- Add favorite salad dressing to taste.
- Voila, power bowl. Enjoy.
