Friends: Below is the Hold Fast Friday workout for the week. As always, scale as necessary to your ability. Short the run if needed to make it easier or add a weight vest if you want to make it harder.
Run 3 miles
At mile marker 1 and mile marker 2 perform 50 air squats and 50 pushups.
