Now that the holiday is out of the way, its back to work. Below is the workout for this week. When completing each round, think about what is important in your life and how you can hold on to, or enhance those areas.

Complete 3 Rounds of the following

Remember, complete each round as a circuit, working at a safe, but challenging pace. Scale as necessary. 

Warmup- Full Body Mobility Drills and 5 Minutes of Cardio (your choice)


20 - Kettlebell/Dumbbell Squats to Overhead Press

20 - Push Ups

20 - Walking Lunges with a Kettlebell/Dumbbell in one hand. Complete 10 on each side.

20 - Bodyweight Rows or Pull Ups

20 - Push Ups

Cool Down - Full Body Static Stretching and 10 Minutes of Walking (your choice)
