#HoldFastFriday Workout 5/1/15

Here is the weekly workout for May 1st.  Every minute for 30 minutes, complete the following circuit. As you complete each minute, think about something you are thankful for, and remind yourself that life is a marathon, not a sprint.

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 air squats
Scale as needed.
