How to complete the workout: Complete as many reps as possible in 40 seconds before moving to next exercise. Repeat as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. If you don't have kettlebells, substitute dumbbells or use your own bodyweight.
Kettlebell Squat Swings – Max rounds x 40 secs
Kettlebell Push Ups – Max rounds x 40 secs
Kettlebell Goblet Squat – Max rounds x 40 secs
Kettlebell 2-Hand Clean Catch & Press – Max rounds x 40 secs
Opposite Elbow to Knee – Max rounds x 40 secs
