This is an excerpt from the book titled "The Boys in the Boat."  It's about nine Americans and their epic quest for Gold at the 1936 Berlin Olympics.

40 box jumps 24in / 20in

30 burpees
200m row
20 power clean 135lb / 95lb
100m row
10 thruster 135lb / 95lb

Complete the exercise in its entirety before moving onto the next.  As always, scale as needed.

Hold Fast Challenge:

Ask yourself, what areas in my life are out of harmony, balance, and rhythm?

Is it financial spending?  Maybe it's health and well-being, or something else entirely.  It may be difficult to identify a specific area that is out of harmony, balance, and rhythm.  But easier to say the words; my life is out of harmony, balance, and rhythm.  This is the time to look deep and honestly at yourself and without judgement.  We are all works in progress.

... Don't think you are better than you really are.  Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourself by the faith God has given us. -Romans 12:3
