Fit and Pregnant
So I have been M.I.A lately but I promise it's been for a good reason!! We are so excited to announce that we are expecting our 3rd child in May!! And boy oh boy have my workouts been scattered since I have been so sick!! Now that I'm starting to feel better and can function again😅 I am so excited and ready to get back to CrossFit!!!
I didn't fall in love with CrossFit til after my second child and it was love at first sight!!! All my life I have been active and played every ...sport growing up. Soccer, softball, basketball, dive and swim team and Lacrosse. I absolutely loved sports and was competitive in all on all star teams and varsity. So when it came time that I wasn't able to compete the way that I desired and loved I was heartbroken. I went to the gym regularly but nothing satisfied me. I ran a few 1/2 marathons and and other shorter runs but still I needed more. I had my first 2 children back to back, 13 months apart! And then it happened...... CrossFit entered my life. My husband is in Naval rescue swimmer and began CrossFit and introduced me to it and that was it!! What I had been looking for!! 4 1/2 years later I still love it and am excited to share my CrossFit and pregnancy journey with you!!
