Thanksgiving Pregnant Workouts
I can tell my body is really starting to change and movements are more difficult now. Slow and steady wins the race for this Prego mama!
Today's workout was....
15 Burpee Box jumps
For me I modified the Burpees since I can't lay flat on my stomach. I stepped back and did a push-up.
